ITU LAN Spring 2019 takes place from April 12th to April 14th at the IT University of Copenhagen.

Here you can contact us directly, ask game- or event-specific questions, and get notifications for the different tournaments.
Our facebook will also post status updates throughout the weekend, and we recommend that you follow it for your information needs.
The info screens by the elevators will post event specific information as well.

Tournaments: Sign-up and info
Deadlines for sign-up for tournaments and events can be found at the tournaments page.
For info or support please contact the event responsible, which can be seen on the tournament’s Battlefy page.
There will be a guard on duty all weekend. We’ve coordinated with FM, that you can get in with either a valid studentID, or with an ITU LAN ticket. Please have it ready upon entry.
You get your wristband to use for access at the organizer area (2A30 – 2nd floor above the bar)
Finding your table
You have chosen your table and seat number during the booking process. The table number from you booking is final. Ignore any other table numbers than the ones posted on ITU LAN posters on the tables.
Upgrading your ticket
To participate in the major tournaments CS:GO, Overwatch, HearthStone and NERF, you need the MVP-ticket.
If you want to upgrade your ticket you can do so at the ticket site and choose the “upgrade” ticket.
Food & beverages
You provide your own food at ITU LAN. Use the nearby supermarkeds or order your food online.
The student bar is open Friday and the student coffee bar will sell coffee during select times thoughrout the event.

You can bring your own food and heat it up in the kitchen on each floor. There is refrigerators and microwave ovens.
Please remember to use our trash cans!
ScrollBar – the student bar
The student bar is open 15.00-02.00 and is well-stocked in beers, soda, drinks, RedBull, etc. at student friendly prices.
You have to be 18 to buy alcoholic beverages.
There is no sleeping accommodations at ITU LAN. This is because of a strict fire code set for the building. We recommend going home and sleep there. We provide free storage for your gear in the meantime.
